Veitnam for the genocides led by the French then continued by the US

Neo-Nazi militias who hate the US government as demonstarted by Tim McViegh

Half of Korea for the US supported civil war

Various African Nations for the US refusal to retribute for Slavery at the UN conference.

The list of non-Muslims who have a greivance with the US is long, all around the world people felt sad and all around the world people felt justice, people all over have mixed feelings, therefore we can't single out a certain religion or a certain race when even some white militia American Christians celebrated as well.
